I've heard charcoal bags recommended to illuminate the wearer. I activated them and placed them in the locations with the most smells. I think they're fine, but I honestly can't tell if they've done much or not. They don't ship to them which is good for my sensitive nose. You have to activate them. To activate them, put them in the sun for a few hours when they first arrive, and then you'll need to activate them again a few months later. I wasn't the best at reactivating them because I can never remember doing it. Maybe that's why I don't realize they're doing much.
