The ability to get all required info in one place at once time easily access by anyone within our organization without any training was great! I wish it could be more flexible with customization options when adding new products/services into accounts but we have limited support personnel so that's not really possible right now (unless you're willing to pay).

Not having much issues as such however this product does what its supposed too which most other packages do - keep your information organized and easy accessible across various platforms especially if there are several people involved using same platform.
