The best part about Channelize is the ease of integrating with the app, the ability to have a live chat session, and the ability to have a video call with users. I can't think of any downsides. I would highly recommend Channelize to any business that wants to improve their customer service, or want to have a live chat session on their website. We have had a live chat session for our website, and I can see how this will improve our customer service. We have a live chat with our customers and we are able to resolve any questions they may have.
