I recently ordered 2 of these for wash cloths in the shower where I didn't want to drill holes.They were shipped, and arrived as promised on Best Buy Prime. My only complaint was that there were no installation instructions included. Once I figured it out, they went up without any problem. Just make sure to plan ahead exactly where to install it because once it is in place it cannot be moved. This is both good and bad. Good if you get it right. Bad if it needs an adjustment.I would buy these again if needed.
