Ford E-150 High Roof Van

So I just installed them and took the E-150 Conversion Van for a trip in the high winds. I would have to give these KYB Monomax front shocks a solid A. These dampers stabilize the front end firmly, but not harshly. They still retain the cushioning edge but add a significant boost to the ride. 80,000 km driven on the E150. The existing Monroe shocks weren't bad, but after reading reviews of the KYB Monomax I decided to give them a try. A solid 50% improvement in stability and handling. Noticeable when driving on a winding road. Wings no longer roll when entering a turn. The van hardly turns. Even with a gust of 60 miles per hour, the van does not sway. There is a lot more control with these dampers. They're not hard at all. Just tight. These dampers eliminate slight front wheel bottoming when going up and down the road. KYB must have done a lot of research and development on these particular shocks. Excellent driving control.
