Installed on my 4Runner, no problems with bumper bumps. I wanted to tow my small cargo trailer and bike rack at the same time. My trailer tongue is very long, so I have no problem with the trunk hitting my trailer when cornering. You need to check the settings to make sure they work for you. would recommend.
