Three and a half stars. This is ideal for storing scarves when space is at a premium in your drawers. It's solid steel - I can't imagine it ever breaking let alone deforming. They need to be hung on a rod in the closet, the hook at the top doesn't rotate, it's like a wire hanger. If you take the time to fold your scarves before hanging them, they won't wrinkle as you work. That's why I chose this model - it has more room for the scarf than any other model I've seen. I feel like I found the best solution for storing scarves. If only the six curls at the top of the organizer didn't have rough edges, this would be perfect! I sealed mine with tape because I sure don't want my scarves to get snagged. This must not happen, but there should be no roughness at all.
