This is a very durable hanger. However, you should fold your scarf several times as the loops are very tight. Also note that one of the loops is welded and has a sharp edge that can tear the scarf.

If you love your scarves that you spent a lot of money on, skip this shelf. Poorly welded seams on bottom hinges snagging on thin material. The indentation connecting the hoops also catches material, making it difficult to insert and remove scarves unless you hold them in the hole and then let them rest when they're reasonably even. Don't even think about pulling on it, even if you let the material settle to the bottom of the tire.
