Excellent customer support
The hob is easy to install and heats food faster than any gas or electric range I have ever used. However, the 5-star rating is for customer support. The hob kept throwing code E5, which means the fan was not working. I would have to turn off the main power to restart in order to cook. When I contacted the supplier they asked me to turn the main power off again and see if the fan starts up again. When it didn't, they immediately sent a new hob over Revain.
