Review on Otherlevels by Noah Smith

We love working with otherlevels because they are a very professional and fast paced team! They get things done quickly and work closely with us on our campaigns which helps me as an account manager feel more confident in my decisions. It's tough managing so many different projects at once but other levels has made this seem easy and seamless process for them. At the moment we are loving all of their features. None really that I can think of right now. If you need a good partner to have success then try them out! Their responsiveness and follow through makes it difficult not too mention amazing to be able to pick up support from them when needed. Our messaging was getting stuck in our CRM (Sage One) and we were losing sales by not being able to reach potential clients. I like that it can be used with other platforms such as Salesforce CRM or Hubspot Marketing Automation toolset. It's easy enough if you're not familiar but requires training in order make sense of all its capabilities - which are pretty extensive! We use this primarily during our onboarding process where we utilize some prebuilt templates (such as welcome emails) along side custom built ones using triggers from data pulled straight into SFDC via API calls etc...
