I have been using this product since it was released in 2011 with many clients of my own business! It has continued through today as we continue our work together (we are still working!). There isn't anything that really stands out yet - but there will be soon enough when they get rid off some features from old versions!! We love working with otherlevels because they are a very professional and fast paced team! They get things done quickly and work closely with us on our campaigns which helps me as an account manager feel more confident in my decisions. It's tough managing so many different projects at once but other levels has made this seem easy and seamless process for them. At the moment we are loving all of their features. It provides us with great opportunity to interact with our audience via social media as well as email communication. In addition it helps me manage my team's activities in various campaigns. I like that the system allows me to create customised reports. Some things could be improved such as being able to filter by campaign or time period.
