The team at overStack are very responsive, willing learners who have done their homework in terms or our industry (retail). Their product knowledge base leaves nothing for me wanting - everything works as it should! I've not encountered anything too dislike here so far but then we haven't hit each others' strengths yet either ;-) Our account manager was able t help us work through some specific issues with one particular tool which were solved quickly by her expert advice/guidance via email /phone call etc; she's been fantastic throughout my relationship working closely alongside them both before they took up contract roles elsewhere within thir own organisation several months ago now :-( Good customer service from start till end!! We're solving an issue where salespeople could usefully track performance across multiple touchpoints like social media posts + emails vs website visits+ phone calls+. This helps drive more people down path towards conversion rather.
