Review on DALSTRONG Butchers Breaking Cimitar Knife Kitchen & Dining by Candace Carpenter

First of all no photos or videos because I paid for this knife with my hard earned money. I'm a professional gourmet chef who has been cooking for 30 years so not exactly a spring chicken. This knife caught my eye because of its size and price, so I decided to give it a try. I used it as a cold cut on duty. I liked the card Dalstrong attached to the knife to tell you not to use the knife for deadly combat or loan it to the FNG. They also included a nice plastic tuft. The blade was quite sharp and multiple passes on steel made it an absolute razor. Almost scary to use. but in future purchases I will pay more attention to Dalstrong
