The lack of basic user instructions is an issue, even though hooking it up as a primary or secondary monitor is relatively easy. The challenge is to do your own research to get the built-in webcam working. What kills the entire selling point is that it's "so easy to twist and use". After setting it up I have to say I wasn't impressed at all and immediately pocketed my $30 Nexigo which threw it off the rails and made me wonder why I was bothering with this sale. Unit volume. Next is the monitor itself, which unfortunately does NOT have the high resolution that they rap about. If you want a decent-sized screen that's bright and colorful, that's fine. But whatever format/resolution you choose, TEXT looks jagged/blurred and, well, cheap. This closes the monitor like we're projecting an extension through a lens, which is ridiculous. I could probably go beyond that for just $300, but after 12 hours of use the screen inexplicably started to darken, with shadows forming around the edges. moving inward and getting progressively worse. So far, the reset hasn't resulted in excessive screen strobing. No thank you! I will send it back within 24 hours for a full refund so I can buy a monitor that just works and displays an extended screen with the same quality as my computer. and also one that doesn't require a reboot. because it cannot withstand continuous use. BUY CAREFULLY!
