Very good thing my cats taste warm

I've had cats all my life and I take their nutrition very seriously. You get a combination of premium raw canned food and premium dry food. Dry food is the hardest to judge, as there have been many instances where companies have lied about their ingredients, and unlike raw or canned food, your eyes can't help you spot quality (or inferior) ingredients. In terms of taste. (which is of course important, I learned a long time ago that there's no point in getting cats to eat foods they don't actually like) My 3 cats are so down with it. They break off, eat a large amount but without much enthusiasm, and sometimes refuse. As for the nutritional values of the kibble, all we can really see is the ingredients and percentages and it looks really high quality. Food. Another reviewer goes on and on about non-meat ingredients and how cats don't get any benefit from them. IMO it doesn't matter. These ingredients are needed to hold the food together and give it volume. Otherwise, you essentially have just an idiot. But it's true that you don't want that "filler" to be really harmful to them, so in that sense it's really important. But they don't use rendered meat or offal or much of what's found in cheap cat food, so ingredient-wise (assuming they're true) it's actually not bad for dry food. Quick note: IMO, unless you run a cat shelter, kennel, animal shelter or similar, I would advise you not to fall into the trap of buying a really big bag. Although the bag is nice and sturdy and closes well too, once opened the food will spoil fairly quickly so buying anything over Β£2.5 is a mistake.
