Good low profile light for a converted cargo trailer. I ended up putting the wire in the back and filling the hole with caulk. It would be nice if it was like this from the factory. The rubber plug fills the hole on one side, but I think they're assuming you only need one because the wire comes out the other side. In the case of surface mounting, the wire must emerge to the rear. I didn't use the included hardware, I bought M8 stainless mounting bolts that fit the existing holes and riveted them to the trailer's aluminum skin. However, I had to turn the screw heads on the lathe to mount the countersink. In total it was necessary to drill 3 holes of the desired size, install a sleeve in one and tighten the nuts in the other two and that's it. Overall I am satisfied with the completed installation.
