Great Platform For ChatBot Development

Engati has been very helpful in providing us with all of the necessary tools and features to build our chatbots, they also have great customer support that can help you get answers to any questions you may have! They are super friendly and always willing to help! The only thing I dislike about Engati is that sometimes it takes an extremely long time for them to respond to your ticket or questions (sometimes up to 3 days!). It's definitely worth the wait though because their Customer Support team is amazing! We've been able to build out several different chatbots using Engatis platform and we've seen huge success so far! I like the fact that the chatbot can have a conversation with the user and can understand what the user wants and can give suggestions. It is not so easy to use. It is a bit complicated to use and it is not so easy to train it. I recommend if you have a big team that it can help you to have more customers and make the work easier. I am solving the problem of communication with the customers.
