Great Platform For ChatBot Development

Engati has been very helpful in providing us with all of the necessary tools and features to build our chatbots, they also have great customer support that can help you get answers to any questions you may have! They are super friendly and always willing to help! The only thing I dislike about Engati is that sometimes it takes an extremely long time for them to respond to your ticket or questions (sometimes up to 3 days!). Best open source platform and framework with great community

The best part of this product, I think it's that you can create your own chatbots for any business need. You have to write code in many languages (Python/Java) but if someone knows Python or Java they will be able to do so easily. It takes some time before everything works as expected because there are lots of features which should be configured properly by yourself.
