I'm trying to lose weight and I don't like salad. After reading tips for making salads, it was mentioned that they need to be cut into smaller pieces so that the pieces come out more whole and large chunks of lettuce don't hang out of the mouth. 100%. I went from hating the lettuce to tolerating it. Eat a salad anywhere from a few times a month to a few times a week. Easy to use, relatively easy to clean. The board is on my counter to save space, but it looks nice. Would recommend for salad haters to make them more edible.
