Broke in 20 minutes

I bought the set because I needed some sensory equipment for my 4 year old autistic son. He loved a soft ball very much. But for the first ten minutes he put it in his mouth and pooped. The second soft ball burst after my son sprained it. I understand it doesn't bite, but it shouldn't break after being stretched. The rest of the toy is ok but not really value for money.
