I have purchased many Moen products over the years and have been happy with them. It was the complete opposite. First, the materials are cheap. Second, the cheapness of construction. I don't understand why someone should renovate with plastic fittings. You were supposed to use pliers to secure one of the three knurls, but even with minimal pressure, the hardware at least got scratched and eventually damaged when we took it off because it was awful. There was no water pressure even after we removed our water saving filter just to check. To be honest, I had a bad feeling when I unpacked it because it was so fragile. I had to send it back immediately. Now I have an expensive thing in the landfill.
