I thought I would buy NEW!
I bought the device for my husband's anniversary and my anniversary in September. As soon as it arrived I put it in our closet without opening it until we opened it today. It was packaged strangely. Things just didn't look like they were factory fitted. I am assuming this is a used/returned item. The lid has dirt on the sides as if it wasn't washed well after use. The only booklet that came with it was not in the cover and you can tell it has been opened before and the drip tray is missing.
