As an owner of a fleet of over 3500 fleetbox devices, I would say that the best thing about this product is the ease of use and the ability to add features at any time in the future. There are many different ways to configure your fleetbox device, so if you're not sure how to do something, there's probably a way to get it right. The only thing I dislike about EDO is when I have to make changes to my fleetbox device or printer. If you want a simple to use system with plenty of customization options, then EDO is for you! I've been able to streamline and automate our printing process by using EDO. We were never able to print out reports or labels without issues before we started using EDO.
