A friend recommended this strainer to me as I burned my fingers. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use and I can understand why it was recommended. Because it's silicone, it's easy to store and can be used in any size pot. It has two strong clips that keep it in place when you exert yourself so you don't have to worry about burning yourself. I highly recommend! Fast shipping too! Update: I just used this for my Instant Pot and it worked like a charm!
