Purchased this hand sanitizer when Purell could not be found during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is not alcohol based, so it is probably less drying to your skin. Although kind of a foam liquid, it has a "different” non-airy, almost sticky feeling when applied. When applied per instructions, it does dry without rinsing. Perfect size to keep in vehicle or purse.
