I use it to get rid of hill spur pain. I have hi spur of back and underneath of my hill. This one is very good for hill spur. I use it even after once the gum dried. Just keep it under socks and it stays fine. Just keep it shoes and use it for as long as 10 days or more. Except gum dried it still works.

Good product that works well. I used them to prevent blisters on my heels from a new pair of boots. They kept my heels comfortable and stayed on all day. I’m not sure why there are 15 in the pack though. I’ll have one left over when I’ve gotten to the end.

These are wonderful I used then when I had a mole removed and I didn't have to replace the bandaid all the time. It lasted through multiple showering. Great bandaid I did add a pad so it didn't stick to the mole but that's just me.

The end of these don't stick, so if you put a shoe on over it, the pad slides all around inside your shoe. Not helpful. Thanks for attention.

Application was easy, but I wear them on the inner side half on the bottom and half not of my foot. They did okay for the most part, but became attached to my sock, and pulling off my sock, removed the pad. So it took a couple more. Happy to have the quantity of pads. I will purchase them again when I run low.

These blister pads are a lot cheaper than the 2nd Skin brand I have been buying, and the packaging is somewhat better, but they don't stick nearly as well. These pads are very similar to more expensive name brand. I had a bad heel blister from a long walking day at the beach, and I walk a lot at work, so I needed something to protect my foot. These are very comfortable in my work shoes and I barely notice any pain on my heel. They completely protected my heel from rubbing. The only downside is it came of a little too easy when sweating, but it's understandable.

Used for my heal. New shoes rubbing gave me a blisters. These did not stay. Not sticky at all. Not even enough sticky area to keep them on.
