Review on Denso 234 9081 Air Fuel Sensor by Henry Brown

Here's a summary that may help any poor guy troubleshoot code p0420: V6. On V8 models this is the DRIVER side of the engine. Second, the difference between the passenger side oxygen sensor (bank 1 for V6 engines) and the driver side oxygen sensor is simply the length of the wire that goes to the connector. Therefore, the connector on bank 1 is farther away and requires a longer O2 sensor cable. Bank 2 is shorter which means this O2 sensor will work on bank 2 (again on V6 engines of course). SENSORS ARE THE SAME, ONLY THE LENGTH OF THE CABLES DIFFER. I discovered this the hard way but was able to use this O2 sensor for the opposite bank because the wiring was long enough.
