Rösle Replacement Cutting Blade 95978 is advertised as having two tiny screws securing the blade. My first order only included one screw. The replacement was worse - no screws at all. Mr. Rösle, you need to do further training in the packaging department and become familiar with zip-lock bags. Finding food grade stainless steel metric screws is not easy. McMaster-Carr is a start, but how do I measure the thread pitch on such a small screw. I think my truffle knife is doomed to sit in a drawer. A special truffle knife seems like gross affectation at first — call it the indiscretion of my youth 25 years ago — but holding a broken knife because there's no screw seems even worse to me. I'm not proud of it.
