I first ordered this kit to replace the filters in my under counter reverse osmosis system. i am newbie I bought a filter for 150 thousand (the house was free). Arrived quicker than expected, full instructions and a snazzy new PAC quick coupler with all the right connectors. The only problem was that my plumbing was a size too big. Okay, so it's "do-it-yourself learning" where you pay more for what you have to learn. I wrote to the company with photos, described the situation, said I was a beginner and had no real clues. and waited for my frustration to peak. It never happened! They explained the situation, politely telling me to tell them I have large gauge lines as this is clearly stated in the product description and what I need to provide to get the correct adjustment. To my great surprise, not only did they not bill me, they sent me FIVE (5) PAC filters with the correct connectors. I didn't get a fancy quick disconnect solution, but I got ZERO fees for 'learning'. Wahoo! So my advice to you friends who are new to RO DIY. Take some pictures of your system and send them to the customer support email address. Know what you need in less than a business day. And if you're fooling around like me, ask for help. This company will make you right! My only question left is how can I give this company TEN (10) stars?!
