I really like how easy it was set up and also being able use other third party providers such as Salesforce CRM too! The setup time isn't ideal but once you have everything in place its very quick to get going again if needed or even add more integrations later down the line without needing another engineer's help (which can be costly). Also would love some customisations where we could do things ourselves rather than having someone else handle them - however this may not always apply depending what your requirements are so take from above information only!! Have been using sales force integration mainly into our accounting system called Xero allowing us access all customer related info via one platform/system instead off multiple spreadsheets etc. The ability to create machine learning models in a matter of minutes. The lack of documentation (especially on how to set up your own machine learning pipelines). Also, there are not many free trials available. I would recommend it for those who want to use Azure Machine Learning but do not have a lot of experience with AI/ML. We were able to train our models quickly and easily without needing to worry about setting up code or having to spend time manually creating models.
