I am a hundred and 10% satisfied with this purchase I bought a new hybrid mattress about 7 months ago and it only has about 2 inches of memory foam and then Springs under it and I was starting to experience a lot of hip pain rib pain and shoulder pain and neck pain and this gel-infused topper save me from having to buy a new bed this thing cradles me like a fat baby it's soft but firm it arrived on time it did have just a little bit of a smell but it goes away I could not be more happy this is perfect for the side sleeper
