I like that it is simple to use, easy to understand, has many options for customization, and can be used with any type of website or blog without needing additional software. It's not as flexible as other platforms, but you get what you pay for. There isn't much out there when it comes to web analytics tools. This one does what we need at an affordable price point. The best thing about this product is its ease of use. You don't have to spend hours trying to figure things out. If you're looking for something basic, then this will work well for your needs. We've been able to track our user activity from site visits all the way down to specific pages within those sites.
