I've been using a Wacom Intuos 4 (6 x 4 inch) for years to create digital illustrations and retouch photos. This tablet is equally good in every way, but has a much larger workspace at a MUCH better price. The pressure sensitivity curve is very natural for drawing in Illustrator. Can be left- or right-handed (NOTE: The 90-degree USB connector only plugs in one way, so if you're using the tablet with your left hand, the cable will tilt towards you before retracting). I like the side loop for holding the pen a million times more than the "stand" that keeps tipping over on my other tablets. The driver software is *surprisingly* competent. I was expecting broken english and tremors but am pleasantly surprised. The only missing feature I'm missing in the Wacom software is the ability to assign a pen and keyboard shortcut *per* application. But it's easy enough to bypass the quality and value here.
