Disappointed with inferior lid

Initially we really liked this container. We use it daily, multiple times a day as it contains raw food for our dog. We recently had an issue with the lid quality - multiple plastic tabs on the underside of the lid snap into place to keep the lid secure. hurt. We use this item several times a day, every day, but handle it with care. This saddens us because now it won't close and the container isn't sealed. This no longer keeps the food fresh and now tends to leak. I would like a new lid, a completely new container or a refund. I'll be happy to revise my review if I get a response from the company and if I get any support.
