The platform offers an easy way for our users across multiple business units, including Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud), Marketing Automation, ServiceNow ITAM Management System, Project Portfolio management system etc., to access all of those applications from one place with single sign-on authentication! I like that we can manage user permissions through role hierarchy so it's not as difficult or time consuming when adding new users into each application.

It does take some getting used too but once you understand how it works its very simple! Honestly there isn't anything i dislike about this product other than maybe being able to have more granular control over which data sources are available within certain dashboards would be nice - however this could potentially just require additional customization beyond what they offer now by default? We're solving the problem where employees don't always know exactly where to go if something goes wrong with any.
