I bought a set of 2 locks for a shipping container. I read great reviews about this product and I thought I made the right choice. I was wrong. So what's the problem with these locks? Starting construction is much cheaper. It looks and feels like cheap metal, not what you'd expect from a padlock meant to protect your belongings. Second, they BOTH block when you open them. Less than 5 minutes out of the box, key in, it works fine. Put the key in the second one and the cheap design bar gets stuck in the lock body and I can't get it out. Okay, no big deal, at least I have one left, right? Not correct. After giving up trying to get the stuck rod out of the first lock, I try again with the second lock and the same thing happens. This time the shaft gets stuck for a second and then just rumbles like a skinny dude in baggy jeans. I'm glad these locks look cool because now they're just paperweights. Save money and buy another lock. I am very disappointed in Master Lock.
