Not sure if it's because I measured the ears, they don't fit my head fully or not. They fit well on the rest of my head, but since my earlobes are slightly larger, there is no waterproof closure. If you don't have my problem, then you should be fine. I would suggest increasing the spacing a bit for the ears in general, or decreasing the girth a bit in general. Bathing caps are supposed to be tight, but this one seemed too big to me.
