Review on Cocoweb Tru Slim Picture Rubbed Adapter by Josh Graham

Update January 23rd. So I really have to thank Paul for @COCOWEB. Paul has taken a big step forward. Not just to fix things, but to find out why it happened in the first place! It appears some of their lamps (bigger ones I think) use a 24 volt dimmer which was sent to me when I called to ask about dimmers which weren't in the packages! Not knowing the difference caused the problem with the light. I should have gotten 6 volt dimmers for 16 inch bulbs instead of 24 volts. Hey mistakes happen IMO dimmers should be in packages anyway and I don't need to call them up and ask which will sure prevent this from happening again. but they need to find out! If you do need to call, make sure the rep knows what size you are. Now I can tell you that not only the product but also the Cocoweb name, this company 100% supports and themselves customers care about them. After identifying the problem, POL contacted me which resulted in some phone and email flags due to scheduling conflicts! He immediately placed an order to replace both lights and also ensured the delivery of packages with dimmers up to 6V. New lamps arrived via UPS overnight. With these lamps I can enjoy my works of art for longer! all day and me in the evening when the lights are on you seem to be able to see more detail in the images while using very, very much power. I'm not worried about a large electricity bill and I'm not worried about these lamps giving off heat to the surface of the painting without being obtrusive or bulky, very streamlined with a nice subtle finish so as not to distract from your art. When you order, be sure to measure your artwork and order the size listed, you won't be disappointed! Paul, thanks for reminding me that there still aren't any companies that put their customers first. I will not hesitate to order more lamps for my other work.
