Cocoweb Tru Slim Picture Rubbed Adapter Review

Pretty cool light. It definitely adds a beautiful element to the artwork. The quality seems good, but it's too early to tell (keep posted if anything changes). It was a simple setup. The only thing that gave me trouble was the 3/8 screws they recommended for the wood frame. They didn't work so I used other small screws that were in the bag. In general very satisfied.

We have now purchased 5 of these lights in various lengths and finishes and had the opportunity to email the manufacturer for assistance with dimmer extension wiring. The product is very well made and the finish is beautiful. The manufacturer provided 100% support, helped to use the light and provided dimmers for free. I don't do many reviews but this product and supplier stand out well!

These lights look very good and give the light that most lights promise but don't deliver. The images of the lights on the art are no exaggeration. These lamps do exactly what you want them to. The company is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I only wish designers offered cords in colors other than black and the instructions didn't require the help of a company. The rest is absolutely fantastic.

I was looking for a medium to large print light fixture to hang over our fireplace. There isn't good lighting in the room and you really couldn't enjoy the artwork. What surprised me was how expensive photo frame lighting is. I wouldn't call it cheap but it was the best value for money I could find after a long search. The light itself works very well. I chose the frame mount option. I think this helps bring light further down the canvas. It tends to illuminate the top of the piece. If you dim the light, the LEDs become visible, which is not desirable. A good product improvement would be a thin lampshade on the viewer side to hide it from the viewer's viewpoint or to tilt the LEDs. The post initially lost the package, one lamp was missing a dimmer. Update January 23rd. So I really have to thank Paul for @COCOWEB. Paul has taken a big step forward. Not just to fix things, but to find out why it happened in the first place! It appears some of their lamps (bigger ones I think) use a 24 volt dimmer which was sent to me when I called to ask about dimmers which weren't in the packages! Not knowing the difference caused the problem with the light. I should have gotten 6 volt dimmers for 16 inch bulbs instead of 24 volts. Hey mistakes happen IMO…
