Within seconds of plugging the LS2208 into an available USB port, Windows Vista was installed on the laptop . the device and I scanned the barcodes into our inventory table. Installation couldn't be simpler - no hard drives to fiddle with and no installers to run. The LS2208 reads barcodes incredibly fast and is very reliable.
