Review on Hitch by Sean Garrison

I really like how easy it is to create multiple pools of candidates. Some employers have complex systems but it's very straightforward and well designed. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to approve candidates. We've found a lot of success implementing this product because we're able to streamline our recruiting process to fill specific gaps in our pipeline. While the platform was designed as an internal tool, I think companies who don't use it internally could benefit from using this product as it could help them onboard new employees faster. This program makes onboarding faster and easier and allows employees to start doing work quickly which leads to less churn. It has helped us to improve our recruitment process and increase productivity. The user interface is very good and easy to use. The support team is great too. There are some minor issues that need to get fixed but it's not something I dislike enough to write about. It has improved our recruitment process and made it easier for employees to find their ideal role.
