Perfect for sipping tea or 'cupping' fresh coffee roasts

Perhaps the cutest little tea cups I've ever seen (or held in my hands). Big emphasis on little, but that's not a bad thing. Let me explain: I drink coffee and tea pretty regularly, and am generally more about using a cup as a receptacle for caffeine on the weekdays. On my weekends - or evenings when I have a bit more time to sip, taste and savor the flavors of the tea or coffee I'm drinking, I usually let my drink cool down a bit. something that can take a long time in a ceramic glass. Smaller cups help cut the heat retention while promoting the aromatics of the drink.Enter these little tea cups. Whether with coffee or tea, they are really perfect for those days when you can slow down, savor, and engage in a sipping / cupping of your new coffee beans or loose leaf tea. The double-wall design keeps your hands away from the 200-degree water you brewed your drink with, while also allowing the drink to cool down a bit faster than it would in ceramic. One warning to folks who are looking for larger cups: these are really just for holding two ounces, not a true cup of tea or coffee in the way you would expect from your big box coffee shop. These cups are NOT for drinking a lot of coffee or tea on the go, either. Sip back, relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee - but if you need to run, this is not your cup.

Pros
  • They are insulated to keep your tea hot for longer periods of time.
Cons
  • Not suitable for brewing tea leaves
