Most of my issues are with Dyson's customer service rather than the vacuum itself. They don't care about your issues as a customer once you've spent a decent amount of money on something from their official store (the same V10 Absolute for around $60). I placed an order with them on the official shop for a replacement canister for a vacuum cleaner, but it turned out that I didn't need it. Return attempts resulted in incomprehensible nonsense, such as having to wait on hold for 10 minutes before an operator connected who had no idea how the return process worked. Then, he phones back and says that you can only return it if you do so within 7 days of receiving it (a breach of consumer rights, since the standard return period is 14 days). Indicative of the company's lack of interest in providing adequate customer service, it is also unable to provide feedback on the operator. Here, have a top-notch product and service, completely free of charge.
