They are transparent, there is no longer a zip pocket like the old ones. Too fragile to do anything in them and every time you wash them you loosen them up a bit. As with all merino wool, the clock is ticking once you have it, it won't last long, even in pajama bottoms. They are very light and comfortable, hence the 4 stars. They were sent in an unprotected plastic bag, there were 2 small holes in the bag but I don't see any damage to the product. Shipping like this is too expensive. They also have a white bunch.
