I bought this a year ago as I work remotely and travel a lot - it was the best quality I could find with minimal weight. It served me well, but within a month the USB-C port stopped working for anything other than power - no image would transfer. That first month was great because I only needed one chord, but since then I've needed a power chord and a mini HDMI to HDMI chord (which btw you don't find in hardware stores, only Reven). About 6 months after purchase I noticed that the pictured chord only works when held a certain way, so I always had to put something extra under the connected chord to get the picture. And today, 11 months after purchase, the image has finally stopped transferring - I've tried both accords I have, now it's just a nice big paperweight. I think I will buy it again because it has been very useful this year. This time I'll just contact support if something breaks, so hopefully I can fix it under warranty.
