I bought this camera with great expectations as it came highly recommended for music events. I ended up sending it back because it just wasn't reliable as a live feed camera. Advantages: sound, possibility to change microphones easily, recording quality, "all in one". can't reliably get it to work as a live cam, limited zoom, limited documentation. Ultimately, the problem I'm having may be due to the lack of documentation and my own inexperience. But the problem boiled down to this: I got everything working in my office (with OBS), then I went to the next room for the live stream and OBS no longer recognized the camera. Today I tried again before sending it back: the first and second test worked, after that the camera stopped producing video in OBS. I must add that I only used this with the USB cable that came with it. It's only in the last few days that I've realized that an HDMI connection can give me a better, more reliable signal. Unfortunately none of these were available locally and I encountered the end of the return window. I contacted Revain to see if the window could be extended so I didn't have to return the camera, but received a very confusing response which I ultimately had to accept as 'no' (but that's another story). Someone else pointed out in the review that when recording, the camera creates new files once a certain file size(?) is reached and there is no easy way to join them. While that didn't really bother me (although it did add work), others should be aware.
