I was suspicious of buying this with so many reviews. We were talking about the cheapest PTZ camera with 10x optical zoom, and we're on a budget. We've only used it for one Sunday service at our small church, but I'm very happy with it. The zoom function is more than sufficient. The remote control is pretty intuitive. The presets work fine. The mounting hardware is nice. The ONLY major downside is that it doesn't handle contrasts well. When the son beams at the pulpit, everything bright blurs. In fact, it works better in controlled artificial light than in bright sunlight. If your church needs an affordable PTZ camera to start live streaming. It's good. Oh, and OBS recognized it right away - no drivers or anything.
