Mother-in-law is delighted! A+

My mother in law would travel to every major hardware store in her area to look for this pen. It was either a replacement handle or hundreds of dollars to replace a door. The technician noticed the problem and knew what to do. This was due to the piece on the door and handle being 1/8 inch each. Obviously you have to adjust one for the grip to work. However, the deed was done. Mother-in-law saved! And I'm her favorite daughter-in-law! Thank you!
