TL;DR: This cooler absolutely hits the park and maintains a stable and constant CPU temperature of 55-60°C (70°C max case temperature) at 100% usage with Prime95. Installation was an absolute breeze and took no time at all (<5 minutes). I ordered this because it's almost impossible to find decent AIO coolers online at the moment (everything is sold out), so figured I'd get it as a temporary measure while I waited. I mean it's less than half the price of a good AIO so how good can it be? I was able to snag a Corsair 115i Platinum which I ended up returning because it was total rubbish - their iCue software is beyond terrible, the heatsink was half full of air and audibly sloshing when removed, and the unit just randomly decided toggle pump down (so the CPU quickly hits 90°C when idle and then shuts down the system). The temperatures in standby or under load weren't that great (or stable) in "work mode" either. The Noctua actually has lower idle and peak temperatures than the AIO. So yes, I highly recommend this device. Installation was very easy, instructions were great, it works way better than expected and I won't worry about build quality issues due to liquid leaks throughout my case.
