I recently gave the internet fashion destination ZITY a try in my capacity as a social media influencer. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for me. Although it looks nice, I had a hard time navigating the site and finding what I was looking for. There wasn't enough information provided in the captions, and the pictures weren't good enough to warrant a purchase. I was dissatisfied to discover that the items I had ordered were of poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures. While ZITY asserts a dedication to sustainable and ethical fashion practices, the brand's opaque supply chain and questionable country of origin cast serious doubt on these claims. In addition, I had to wait several weeks for delivery because the shipping and delivery procedure was so sluggish. It was difficult and frustrating to get my problems resolved because of the unresponsive customer service. In sum, I was not satisfied with my purchases from ZITY online store and would not suggest it to my readers. ZITY's few advantages are outweighed by serious problems with its lack of openness, quality, and support for customers.
